They’ve always went above and beyond and insist on high standards in everything they do. Recently, I worked with Rene Skaaning on a new policy. I gave him all kinds of wild criteria and he worked with underwriting to get everything correct and perfect. We spent two full days working on this together… only for everything I told him to be wrong. Last minute he had to draw up a new plan with new criteria and he did it all with urgency and with a smile! He was so kind the entire time, despite me adding so much extra work.
